Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching
This isn’t just your average type of coaching. Tyler takes a whole different approach to what you’d typically find out there. The 5 levels of Healing Counselling. Bringing in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects to healing. Tyler finds the root cause of what you are struggling with and look beyond the box on how you can overcome the hurdles you face. With personal experience and years of working with clients, Tyler gets to where you are “stuck”. There is no limit cause the body is all connected, whether it be an emotional or mental slump due to some personal matters going on. Because of this, Tyler never takes a “one-size-fits-all” approach to health. You are uniquely different and therefore what your body needs is never the same as the next person. For example: It doesn’t matter if your friend is diabetic and eats and supplements with certain things, you can never take exactly the same thing and expect the same results. In the nutrition plan, we take a deep dive into family health history, your health history, your eating habits and habits in general to get to the root cause and pin-point possible nutrient deficiencies.
