Have had the pleasure of working with Tyler both in an in-person gym setting as well as in an online
advisory setting and saw significant results both times. Tyler takes the time to get to know his clients
and build customized programs to optimize overall health (mind, body and soul). In today’s world it is
difficult to know what really is healthy and what isn’t when it comes to eating habits. Working with
Tyler has helped me to become more aware of not only what ingredients go into making the food I eat,
but the processes of how it gets from its source to my home. Living a busy lifestyle it can be hard to
make good choices with the things we eat but when working with Tyler I never found this to be a
problem as he was always giving me suggestions for things to eat on the run that weren’t processed and
full of chemicals. Other trainers I have worked with in the past have put a huge emphasis on pushing
your limits physically, which is great, but Tyler is the only one I have worked with who takes a more
balanced approach and an approach that will allow his clients to sustain the progress they make. He
will get you results the right way and will help you develop a plan to stay on track long-term.
